Include the tool name, your browser and device, the steps that led to the issue, and any error message. For media compatibility problems, the file format, approximate size and duration help us understand what happened.
Please do not send private recordings or sensitive files. We cannot access the media you process locally, and you do not need to attach it to explain a problem.
